If a recipe calls for some creme de cacao, will it be so bad if I just skip it? I just don't feel like buying a $20 bottle of liqueur for three tablespoons. Any other suggestions?
Trying to live life with honesty and real truth and love in every way, all the time. And trying not to majorly fail at that every single day. It's fricken hard.

Non -alcohol substitute:
Powdered white chocolate mixed with water, non-alcoholic vanilla extract and powdered sugar

i was just thinking a nice rich chocolate creme. i would add some bitter coffee so it wouldn't be too sweet.
I'd spend the $20 as there's sure to be other times when something so lovely would come in handy. :-) But, that's just me.
